A place to exhale, soften, and begin again.

Trauma-informed therapy in Tulsa, Oklahoma for nervous system healing, parts work, EMDR, and grounded integration.

You don’t have to hold it all together here.

Maybe you have spent years staying strong, staying busy, staying careful, or staying in control. Maybe your body is tired. Maybe a part of you knows there is more beneath the surface, but you have not had the space, safety, or support to truly turn toward it.

Grounded Therapy for Deep Healing

Therapy can be a place to slow down and listen differently. Not to force yourself into healing, but to begin understanding what your nervous system, your emotions, and your protective patterns have been trying to communicate.

At Counseling By Grace, the work is grounded, compassionate, and depth-oriented. We move at the pace of safety.

  • The name Counseling By Grace is not about religion or a faith-based counseling model. Grace is an ode to my name, Gracie, and to the phrase many of us need most when we are hurting: give yourself some grace.

Grace means meeting yourself with humility. It means making room for the parts of you that adapted, protected, shut down, pushed through, or carried pain in silence. It means healing without shame.

In this space, grace is not something you have to earn. It is the atmosphere we begin from.

  • My approach integrates trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, nervous system healing, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

These modalities are different pathways into the same essential work: creating enough safety to process what has been overwhelming, understand the parts of you that have been protecting you, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

This is therapy for the mind, body, and inner world. It is evidence-informed, emotionally honest, and spacious enough to hold complexity.

  • Counseling By Grace may be a supportive space if you are navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, grief, dissociation, attachment wounds, spiritual or existential questions, or a sense of being disconnected from yourself.

You may have done therapy before and still feel like something has not fully shifted. You may understand your patterns intellectually, but still feel them in your body. You may be curious about approaches that include the nervous system, parts work, mindfulness, or integration.

You do not need to arrive with perfect language for what you are experiencing. We can begin with what is here.
